Tour de France - Etape 18 (MOÛTIERS to BOURG-EN-BRESSE- 185km, 1200m)

A long stage after reaching Courchevel, but quite flat - legs are battered, but not far to go

Whilst it was flat there was a strong headwind which all you cyclists will know is so demoralising - you work hard and look down at the speed / distance and it is like you are not moving.

Was a ride of 2 halves, with the first half being much more picturesque than the second.

Another day completed though - 3 days to go, body is feeling so 🥱
